Car Crashes Into House

1:12 p.m. - Car crashes into home in North Spokane, which results in only minor injuries to the driver.

Shooting investigation in Logan neighborhood, no on-going threat

7:35 p.m. - SPD responded to reports of an accidental shooting. One adult male is deceased after life-saving efforts fail.

Suspicious male attempts to lure child into car from a School bus stop

7:34 p.m. - An unknown male approached several children at a school bus stop near N Victor St and W Lyons Ave and attempted to get the child to get into his car.

SPD Arrest Armed Robbery Suspect

12:29 p.m. - SPD responded to an armed robbery that occurred in the Lowe’s parking lot. A purse was stolen & the suspect was arrested by police a short time later.

3:39 p.m. - Suspect in armed robbery taken into custody.

SPD Patrol Anti-Crime Team Needs the Public's Help

1:29 p.m. - The SPD Patrol Anti-Crime Team is asking for any help from the public in identifying the two men shown using stolen credit cards.

SPD Arrests Burglar Who Was Stabbed By Victim

12:55 p.m. - Spokane Police arrest a burglar who was stabbed by the victim when he attempted to enter her house.

Five Mile DUI Arrest

12:45 p.m. - SPD responded to a crash in Five Mile; the driver of that vehicle was arrested for Felony Hit and Run, 3 counts of Reckless Endangerment and DUI.

SPD Needs Help Locating Person Involved In Domestic Violence Incident

12:37 p.m. - The Spokane Police Department is asking the public's assistance in locating a person who was involved in a Jan. 18 domestic violence incident.

3:38 p.m. - Newly formed Spokane area law enforcement Behavioral Health Unit responds to woman in crisis.

SIRR Team Investigating Deputy Involved Shooting

4:20 p.m. - The Spokane Investigative Regional Response Team is investigating a deputy involved shooting in North Spokane.

SPD Asking Drivers to be Cognizant of Road Closures

6 p.m. - Dozens of drivers going around police cars and cones yesterday caused additional issues for City personnel trying to get the roads reopened.

Driver under the Influence Attempts to Ram SPD Officer

4:20 p.m. - SPD Officers pursue driver after they attempted to ram an officer. Driver and passenger are in custody. A gun and drugs were found.

SPD Warns Of Potential Car Purchaser Scheme

1:09 p.m. - Spokane residents have been victimized while trying to purchase a vehicle during a private party sales.

Jan. 7

SPD investigating fatal hit-and-run at Trent/Spokane Falls Blvd.

4:29 a.m. - An adult male was pronounced deceased on scene. The suspect vehicle was located abandoned about a mile from the scene
