SPD’s investigation into a shooting on 2-16-24 continues, multiple arrests made, one person deceased

On 2-16-24 just after 1pm, SPD responded to a shooting incident that took place in North-East Spokane.  Officers located the suspect vehicle, but the suspects refused to stop.  The vehicle was finally brought to stop using a PIT maneuver in the area of Springfield and Hamilton.  Items had been thrown from the vehicle before officers were able to bring the pursuit to a halt with one of the recovered items being a firearm.
