10:11 a.m. - Officers responded to the area of West Thorpe Rd and West Westwood Ln after a 911 caller reported someone had been stabbed with a machete.
11:13 a.m. - A Spokane city employee called 911 to report a vehicle driving recklessly with a flat tire.
11:55 a.m. - An abandoned puppy was rescued by an officer and transported to the Spokane Humane Society for further care.
