What's Happening Now

The application was accepted into the 2019/2020 Comprehensive Plan Amendment Work Program by City Council on March 2, 2020 (see Resolution 2020-0014). The applicant is currently compiling the full set of application materials. Upon completion and acceptance of the materials by the City, a 14-day agency comment period will be initiated, following which staff will prepare for a 60-day public comment period.
