City staff has concluded their review of the applications and has issued Staff Reports (PDF 5.9 MB) for each, provided in the links below. Also, the City issued SEPA Determinations (PDF 235 KB) for each application.
The public hearing for the applications will be held online on the WebEx platform and will be televised on Channel 5. Testimony will be taken during the hearing from those interested in speaking on the applications.
