What's Happening Now

This application was accepted into the 2019/2020 Comprehensive Plan Amendment Work Program by City Council on March 2, 2020 (see Resolution 2020-0014). The applicant has supplied all of the required application materials for full review of the proposal. All required public and agency comment periods have been completed as of August 2020.

City staff has concluded their review of the applications and has issued Staff Reports (PDF 5.5 MB) for each, provided in the links below. Also, the City issued SEPA Determinations (PDF 214 KB) for each application.

The public hearing for the applications will be held online on the WebEx platform and will be televised on Channel 5. Testimony will be taken during the hearing from those interested in speaking on the applications.
