What's Happening Now

The application was accepted into the 2019/2020 Comprehensive Plan Amendment Work Program by City Council on March 2, 2020 (see Resolution 2020-0014). The applicant is currently compiling the full set of application materials. Upon completion and acceptance of the materials by the City, a 14-day agency comment period will be initiated, following which staff will prepare for a 60-day public comment period. Please see SMC 17G.020 for details as to the procedure for Comprehensive Plan Amendments.

Please note that the City Council expanded this application to include the property at 2820 S Ray Street.  That portion of the application is the responsibility of the City and comments or questions regarding that question should be directed to Mr. Kevin Freibott, the Planner processing the applications.
