The public hearing for the applications will be held online on the WebEx platform and will be televised on Channel 5. Testimony will be taken during the hearing from those interested in speaking on the applications.

The properties on 29th Avenue comprise a private application for a 2019/2020 Comprehensive Plan Land Use Amendment. The property on Ray Street was added by the City Council to the application and is thus a city-sponsored application for a 2019/2020 Comprehensive Plan Land Use Amendment.
