10 a.m. - Within days of a reported kidnapping and the location of a body in Stevens County, Spokane Police have arrested four suspects.

Officers arrest carjacking suspect within minutes of report

2:30 p.m. - Officers arrest suspect, 31-year-old Tierra Walker, in carjacking minutes after report.

Stage 1 snow event complete

10:30 a.m. - City plowing on residential hill routes finished early Tuesday morning ending the Stage 1 snow event declared late Sunday.

Sex offender arrested for Felony Indecent Exposure

9 p.m. - Prolific offender and registered sex offender, 31-year-old Billy Ogan, was arrested for Indecent Exposure at STA Plaza.

SPD responds to report of child luring in north Spokane

5 p.m. - Spokane Police, in coordination with Spokane Public Schools, are investigating a report of child luring in north Spokane.
