SPD is responding to a SWAT standoff near the 600 block of South Arthur.

Media please stage at 5th and Perry. Sgt. Taylor will be available on-scene for more information.

The Arthur/Perry corridor is closed due to the SWAT situation. Those traveling on the South Hill are asked to use Ray or Southeast Blvd.
