4 p.m. - Spokane Police arrest 26-year-old Jonathan Johnson without incident for 1st Degree Robbery after barricaded SWAT standoff on E Sprague pawn shop.

Police arrest one in connection to homicide of 88 year old

7:04 a.m. - Spokane police have arrested one suspect, a juvenile male, in connection to the beating death of an 88 year old man earlier this week.

SPD releases homicide suspect photos

3:55 p.m. - Spokane Police release surveillance photos of persons of interest in the homicide of an 88 year old man. Call Crime Check at 456-2233 with information

Police arrest juvenile male for attempted 1st murder

1:20 p.m. - Spokane Police arrest juvenile male for attempted 1st Murder for stabbing at House of Charity.

Police MCU is investigating homicide of 88 year old male

1:02 p.m. - Spokane Police Major Crimes Detectives are investigating homicide of 88 year old male. Police are looking for two suspects in relation to the incident

12:46 p.m. - Media Advisory- Sgt Griffiths is available for media interviews at 2pm reference bank robbery suspect arrest.

SPD has robbery suspect in custody

10:46 p.m. - Spokane Police Department has robbery suspect, Scott Ruziecki, in custody after short SWAT standoff near the 600 block of South Arthur St.

8:50 p.m. - Spokane Police Department is responding to a SWAT standoff near the 600 block of South Arthur.

City and SPD deliver 6 month update to Use of Force Commission

8 a.m. - The Mayor and Chief Straub give an update on the implementation of the Use of Force Commission recommendations on August 21 at 9:00 am at City Hall
