Man Arrested After Taking Selfies In Front Of the Jail While Wanted

Spokane Patrol Anti-Crime Team arrest inmate who escaped work release and taunted SPD for months on social media.

Ryan W. Seaman 41 was arrested on 10-06-19 after escaping from work release.  In the months between his escape and subsequent arrest, he had been taunting law enforcement by posting selfies in front of the jail with his girlfriend with the caption, “bad boys, whatcha gonna do?”

Seaman was located in the shop behind his grandmother's house in the 3000 block of E. Hoffman and arrested for his outstanding warrants.
