Alderman Twins Arrested For Cyberstalking

4:36 p.m. - Twin sisters arrested for a combined 18 counts of cyberstalking for sending death threats and images of dead/mutilated animals online.

SPD arrests subject who tried to throw victim off Monroe St Bridge.

1:01 a.m. - SPD quickly arrests suspect who, after a brief interaction, lifted a victim up and partially over the Monroe St Bridge railing

2:33 p.m. - Officers need the public’s help locating the owner of an item seized from a convicted felon's car.

Aug. 10

Riverfront Park Gun Incident

8:54 a.m. - On Sunday morning a male went through downtown threatening numerous people, assaulting a couple and threatened another with a handgun.

Ash DUI Crash

8:49 a.m. - Another DUI collision in north Spokane has left a homeowner with a large mess to clean up and a fence to repair.

Major Crimes Detectives Investigated a Homicide in Browne’s Addition

8:41 a.m. - Major Crimes investigated a homicide in Browne’s Addition. The investigation concluded with the arrest of a male for Murder 2nd degree.

Wanted Man Taken Into Custody

8:35 a.m. - Wanted felony assault suspect from King County was located in Spokane and taken into custody.

SIIR Team Investigating Officer Involved Shooting

8:29 a.m. - Two SPD officers were involved in an Officer Involved Shooting incident. The officers fired their service weapons at an armed robbery suspect.

Burglar arrested when he attempted to return to the scene.

1:17 a.m. - Burglar arrested in stolen vehicle when he attempted to return to the scene of the crime.
