The Spokane Police Department is asking for the public’s help to locate a missing man.  William Wiggins, 71, was last seen in the area of W 5th Ave and S Lincoln St on 9/5/21 at approximately 2:30 AM.  William is described as 6 feet 1 inch tall and approximately 185 pounds.  He was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt with “JJ’s Smoke Shop” stenciled in yellow and blue lettering.  He was also wearing blue jeans and tan slippers.  He has grey hair and a beard.  William walks with a distinctive shuffle.
