On Wednesday night, just after 7 p.m., Spokane Police Tactical Operations (Tac Ops) officers executed a search warrant at a residence in the W. 2000 block of 4th. Detectives had received information that this location may be involved in the trafficking of stolen property and the sale of firearms. Additionally, detectives had also received information indicating that one of the individuals selling the firearms may be a convicted felon. It is illegal for convicted felons to be in possession of firearms.

During the execution of the warrant, three people were arrested: Sarah Ireland, Joseph Denison, and Dennis Estepp.

SPD recovered the following items:

  • Two shotguns
  • Two bags of meth
  • Heroin
