2:06 p.m. - Next week, the Spokane Police Department will hold our next Coffee with a Cop event downtown at Thomas Hammer.
11:31 a.m. - SPD responded to a collision involving a vehicle and a male bicyclist. The bicyclist had significant injuries and was transported to the Hospital.
3:54 p.m. - Spokane Police request media and public assistance locating a missing 13 year old child.
3:52 p.m. - SPD arrests man on a warrant after he tried to assault a park employee. After being released, the same man assaulted an employee of a Community Center
1:54 p.m. - Male reported to be holding a handgun on Monroe Street Bridge runs from the police and hides in refrigeration truck. He was located and arrested.
10:16 a.m. - SPD ends short vehicle pursuit with a Pursuit Intervention Technique, PIT maneuver.
10:10 a.m. - Large fight downtown sends multiple people to the hospital, consumes most the police departments resources working on the night shift.
10:01 a.m. - Major Crimes Unit Detectives are seeking the assistance of the public in identifying the occupants of a vehicle who may be connected to a shooting.
10:35 a.m. - Spokane Police are requesting the public's assistance in identifying an armed Suspect approaching houses in the in the 3500 block of E 4th Ave.
10:31 a.m. - Spokane Police Major Crimes are investigation a homicide at 1600 W. Shannon Avenue.
12:16 p.m. - SPD wants to remind the community to follow some guidelines when they go out to celebrate and enjoy the many restaurants, bars and taverns in our area
12:29 p.m. - The Spokane Police Department wants to remind the public to be aware of possible scams that arrive in our community with the advent of summer.
11 a.m. - SPD is asking for help locating a missing autistic child, Hunter Simmons. He is 13 years old and was last seen in the area of 3400 E Carlisle Ave.
3:45 p.m. - Spokane Police are looking to identify vehicle prowlers from an early morning incident on E Wedgewood Ave.
4:13 a.m. - SPD located two adult male shooting victims in the 100 block of N Division St. Both were transported to a local hospital with serious injuries
11:46 a.m. - SPD continues to work with the community to reduce vehicle theft. Free “Clubs” are available from the Spokane Police Department
4:12 p.m. - Update in the Spokane Police Department’s Major Crimes Unit Death Investigation of Richard “Ricky” Coffee.
3:50 p.m. - The Spokane Police Department has volunteered to participate in the Federal Bureau of Investigation National Use-of-Force Data Collection Study.
4:55 p.m. - The name of the SPD Officer involved in the Officer Involved Shooting (OIS) from July 6, 2019 near 6th Avenue and Maple Street is being released.
4:10 p.m. - Spokane Police Officers responded to a Life Threatening Collision at N Market St and E Bismark Ave between a motorcycle and a vehicle.
11:36 a.m. - A SPD officer was involved in an OIS incident on July 6. The officer fired their service weapon at a wanted suspect. The suspect was uninjured.
11:33 a.m. - The Spokane Police Department makes three burglary arrests however, all three suspects were released within two days.
2:13 p.m. - SPD announces it has completed a pledge to improve the department’s response to those suffering from mental illness in the community.
3:52 p.m. - Lime Scooter vs pickup truck collision at “G” street and Princeton. Scooter rider received serious injuries.
