Make a Splash In a Kid's Life is a program of the Spokane Parks Foundation that focuses on providing quality recreational activities for local low-income families. Summer swimming is a great way to keep kids off of the street and involved in healthy activity. Through generous donations from the community, the Make a Splash In a Kid's Life program is able to provide free swimming opportunities throughout Spokane County. Additionally, and with generous community donations, the foundation ensures kids have the required swim attire to enjoy our beautiful aquatic facilities. Each year, several thousand dollars are allocated for scholarships for life-saving swim lessons which are invaluable to a child's development and safety. Donations toward the program are always appreciated! Each contribution benefits kids in our local community.
