Joint Arts Committee serves as an advisory on matters relating to art located on city-owned park property. Recommendations from the JAC are presented to one of the Park Board’s standing committees, depending on the location of art piece, for the committee’s consideration. The JAC is comprised of three Park Board members and three members from Spokane Arts. The committee meets on an as-needed basis.
