Authorized by and Date: RCW 35.21.730 – .757, SMC 4.25, Ordinance No. C3522, on July 17, 2017.

Mission Statement/Purpose: The purpose of the Authority is to provide a legal entity organized under RCW 35.21.730 - .757 to undertake, assist with and otherwise facilitate the acquisition, construction, development equipping, leasing, operation and maintenance of public benefit projects within the PDA boundaries as defined in the Interlocal Agreement in order to assist both the City, County and the Spokane International Airport in their ability to improve the economic conditions in and around the City and County of Spokane.

Meeting dates, time and location: the PDA Board meets the 2nd Thursday of each month from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. for a Board Work Session and the 3rd Thursday of each month from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. for a Board Meeting. Both meetings are held at 7106 W Will D Alton Lane, Suite 103, Spokane, WA 99224.
