Youth NFL Flag Football

Ages 5-16yrs. Is your child ready for the NFL? This is a SPRD/NFL Flag partnership to bring this exciting league to Spokane! Teams are made up of 5-10 players with practices on Tuesdays and league games on Thursdays. Players will receive an official NFL team jersey & NFL FLAG belt. Practices held at the facility you register under. All games will be held at Dwight Merkel Sports Complex.

Registration for the 2021 NFL Flag Football season is closed. Check back in January 2022 for next season information!

Pickleball Youth Basic

Ages 8-12. Pickleball is a fun, social, and friendly sport combining elements of tennis, badminton, and ping pong. Played on a badminton-sized court with a modified tennis net, paddle & plastic ball. The rules are simple and can be played as doubles or singles and enjoyed by all ages and skill levels. Participants will learn the basics of one of the fastest-growing sports in America. Brought to you by Pacific Northwest Pickleball. Classes meet at Moran Prairie Elementary 4224 E 57th Ave, and Indian Trail Elementary 4102 W Woodside Ave, Spokane. $55

Disc Golf Super Summer Camp!

Ages 10-18 Learn and discover new skills and talents or bring your game up with personal skill development. Enjoy being outside in nature, building new friendships and playing disc golf! A final tournament will conclude the week with prizes, and all students receive a new beginner or advanced disc. Camp operated by US Youth Disc Golf Association. Parent information emailed prior to the start of camp. Meets at Camp Sekani Park 6722 E Upriver Drive. $129

Pickleball Summer Camp in the Park

Ages 8-13 AAU Pickleball brings you one of the fastest-growing sports in the country. This youth pickleball camp combines FUN, FITNESS, SKILLS development, and making NEW FRIENDS for unforgettable summer fun! No experience needed, and the equipment will be provided for instruction and play. Hart Field Tennis Courts. 3508 S Grand Blvd. $75 per student per week with AAU membership, $90 for non-AAU members. Badminton Summer Camp

4 Days | Ages 8-16 This camp is designed to introduce new players to this exciting sport, and also sharpen the skills of the intermediate player. This camp focuses on the fundamentals of competitive Badminton in a fun, but challenging way by incorporating mobility and match play drills to refine technique. Participants should expect a daily routine of fun but vigorous activities and should be appropriately dressed. Chase Middle School. $120

Rec Tennis

Learning tennis in Spokane has never been easier than with our after school programs. Whether you are a newbie or an advanced player that is more interested in tennis for fun, tennis in Spokane from RecTennis gives you plenty of options.

RecTennis is serving up tennis basics at a school near you! Developed for children from pre-K to 6th grade, TAZ uses tennis equipment that's sized for kids. We provide smaller-sized racquets and low-compression starter balls to help your kids develop skills while having fun with new friends. No previous tennis experience required!

Our TAZ curriculum combines fun activities with lessons in leadership, teamwork, and other important concepts and principles. TAZ is played in the school gym and sneakers are required. TAZ helps schools meet CSPAP and provides kids with nationally-recommended 60 minutes of physical activity per day. Shorter rackets, low-compression balls, and portable nets make tennis safe and able to be played anywhere.
