Downtown Recreational Zipline Shoreline Conditional Use Permit/Varianc - The applicant is proposing to construct a recreational zipline in downtown Spokane.
Riverpoint Village PUD Amendment - The applicant is proposing to remove Space Unit 12 from the existing Riverpoint Village PUD (file no.92-18-PUD/ZC).
The Falls Shoreline Conditional Use Permit - Applicant proposing to construct a 12-story residential structure with 38-units and one level of underground parking in the Shoreline Jurisdiction.

Construction

2024 Cure In Place Pipe (CIPP) - The project will install Cure in Place Pipe (CIPP) thereby reinforcing and extending the life of sewer pipes throughout the City of Spokane.
2026 Street Maintenance Curb Ramps - This project installs ADA-compliant curb ramps where the street department has completed a grind and overlay.
Cycle 13 Safe Streets for All - Traffic Calming - A self-enforcing traffic management approach that seeks to force motorists to alter their speed or direction of travel.
High Visibility Crosswalks - The project will install high visibility zebra crosswalks (piano-key style) in various locations throughout the City.
I-90 Stormwater - Install a subsurface stormwater treatment and infiltration facility for stormwater generated on an 8-acre section of I-90.
Lincoln Street - Summit to Sinto Pedestrian and Bike Safety - This project enhances bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure along Lincoln Street from Summit Parkway to Sinto Avenue.
Maple-Walnut Grind & Overlay - 5th to Maple Street Bridge - Improvements include a grind and overlay of existing pavement, curb ramp upgrades to meet ADA standards, and a sidewalk widening.
Pacific Avenue Greenway from Howard to Sherman Streets - Creating an east-west bike route, improving pedestrian safety and connecting downtown Spokane to the University District.
Riverside Avenue from Monroe to Wall Streets - The project includes a 2 inch grind and overlay, removing the trolley tracks, reinstall protected bike lanes, replace traffic signal & water main pipe
Safe Streets for Spokane - Safe Streets for Spokane program grant was awarded to the City of Spokane. Planning efforts begin fall 2024.

2021 Street Maintenance Curb Ramps (Various Locations Citywide) - This project consists of installing curb ramps on streets where the Street Department has or will be doing grind and overlay work.
2023 Arterial Grind & Overlay - Grind and overlay various arterials citywide.
2023 Paving Unpaved Streets - Strip pave unpaved streets.
2023 Residential Chipseal - Chip seal local residential streets.
2023 Residential Grind & Overlay - Grind and overlay residential streets.
2024 Grind and Overlay Street Maintenance - The City of Spokane Streets Department will be performing routine street maintenance at various locations throughout the 2024 roadwork season.
2024 Street Maintenance Curb Ramps - Installation of ADA ramps on streets which will receive a grind and overlay by the street department.
2025 Street Maintenance Curb Ramps - New ADA-compliant wheelchair ramps at various locations.
29th/Washington/Monroe Grind & Overlay - Grind & overlay of various arterials through the city.

Cure-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) 2020 Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation - Install cure-in-place pipe
Cycle 10 Traffic Calming - Miscellaneous street and sidewalk improvements focused on pedestrians and traffic calming.
Cycle 11 Traffic Calming - Miscellaneous street and sidewalk improvements focused on pedestrians and traffic calming.
Cycle 12 Traffic Calming - Cycle 12 Traffic Calming involves projects citywide, including new sidewalks, bike lanes, curb extensions, traffic medians, and enhanced crosswalks.
Maple Street Bridge Deck and Joint Repair - Bridge deck restoration on the Maple St. Bridge.
Monroe Street Grind and Overlay - Monroe Street Bridge to Boone Avenue - Grind and overlay pavement from the Monroe St. Bridge north to Boone Ave.
Post Street Bridge Replacement - Post Street Pedestrian and Utility Bridge Replacement. Project funded with federal funds.
Riverside Grind and Overlay (Division to Wall) - Pavement grind and overlay and reconfiguration of traffic lanes on Riverside from Division to Wall to accommodate new bicycle lanes.
South Gorge Trail Connection - Construct a shared-use pathway under the Monroe St. Bridge connecting Main Ave to the existing path attached to the north side of Spokane Falls Blvd
Washington Stevens Corridor Improvements 2024 - This upgrades consist of three key projects aimed at enhancing the infrastructure & longevity of the roads and bridges in this area.
